In this class, Courtney Cerruti shares an easy technique for cutting out artwork on vinyl using the Cricut Explore, and then painting over the vinyl stencil several times to create an overall design. Apply neutral, neon, and gold paint with brushes and spray-paint to achieve a layered multi-dimensional effect.
