This is a great class! I learned some new things and was reminded of a few things I had done many years ago for a cake house that I made. - I would be interested to know if the kit gb is better for building than eating and the baked gb is better for eating than building or if it doesn't matter at all. I've heard or read that some gb recipes are better for building but not eating, that is why I am curious about that. :)
