Here’s what you’ll need:
Materials:
- Medium-weight leather (you will need an 18” x 30” piece of leather plus four straps approximately 1” x 30”)
- Polyester or nylon thread
- Cutting mat
- Transparent quilting ruler
- Rotary cutter with a fresh blade
- Tailor’s chalk
- Small scissors
- Large scissors
- Measuring tape
- Mini or medium binder clips
- Sewing machine
- Leather needle for your sewing machine
- Walking foot for your sewing machine (optional)
- Leather conditioner
