  • Medium-weight leather (you will need an 18” x 30” piece of leather plus four straps approximately 1” x 30”)
  • Polyester or nylon thread
  • Cutting mat
  • Transparent quilting ruler
  • Rotary cutter with a fresh blade
  • Tailor’s chalk
  • Small scissors
  • Large scissors
  • Measuring tape
  • Mini or medium binder clips
  • Sewing machine
  • Leather needle for your sewing machine
  • Walking foot for your sewing machine (optional)
  • Leather conditioner
