Materials
Here’s what you’ll need:
  • Flat-laying Multimedia sketchbook - Risa uses a Midori medium
  • Assorted pens - Risa uses a Pilot GTec .4, Sakura Pigma Sensei pen, and Zebra ClickArt Marker pens
  • Sharpie Magnum
  • Pencil
  • Paint brushes, including a 1/2” flat stroke brush, 1/4” chiseled flat brush, and a short liner brush for details
  • Holbein Acryla Gouache set 
  • Acrylic paints in red, blue, yellow, black, and white
  • Assorted colors of construction paper or card stock
  • UHU clear glue stick
  • Tape
  • Scissors
  • Cutting mat and X-acto knife
  • Palette
  • Cup of water
  • Ruler (optional)
  • Small notepad (optional)
  • String, yarn or thread
  • Piece of foam or sponge cut 1-2”
