Materials
Here’s what you’ll need:
  • 6” x 9” 140lb cold press watercolor paper
  • Assorted fine-tip and flat-tip watercolor brushes
  • Gouache paints (Lisa uses Acryla gouache; she recommends a combination of red, pink [which you can make by mixing red with white], yellow, yellow ochre, blue, white, a shade of green or two, black, brown and a wine color)
  • Watercolor or markers (optional; can use instead of gouache)
  • Palette
  • Pencil and eraser
  • Ruler
  • Water
  • Paper towels
