In this workshop, discover the freedom and joy of working in an art journal. Under the thoughtful guidance of Ophelia Staton, you'll learn to set creative fears aside and embrace the process of documenting your everyday life through art. Through play, experimentation, and exploration, you'll discover mixed-media art journaling techniques while working with a variety of supplies and materials to expand your creative toolkit. Along the way, Ophelia shares inspiring prompts and engaging exercises designed to spark ideas and build confidence in your practice. You'll leave with new skills, fresh inspiration, and practical strategies for making art journaling a meaningful and sustainable part of your daily creative life.
