Materials
Here’s what you’ll need:
Materials:
- 1 solid fabric for the skirt (3 yards of 44" wide fabric)
- 1yrd contrasting solid for stem of feathers
- 4-5 different patterned fabrics for the feathers (1/2 yard each)
- 1" wide elastic a little bit longer than the circumference of your waist line
- sewing machine and matching thread.
