Taught by Rae Hoekstra
Made by Rae sewing patterns are known for having clever details and being super wearable, and the Cleo skirt is no different. Sewist and designer Rae Hoekstra walks you through two versions of this gathered skirt pattern: a knee-length version with contrasting hem and a midi-length. Both versions feature a flat-front waistband and an elastic gather in back. Two pocket options allow for further customization, and the cutout pockets in particular lend a vintage-inspired flair.  Experiment with different textiles to take this skirt from daily to date night. Rae’s thorough instruction and impeccable patience make this pattern easy enough for a beginner to sew. But the ingenious details – not to mention universally flattering fit – make this pattern a must-sew for any stitcher.

Pattern included with class, available in sizes XXS– XL and plus sizes 1-3.
