I love tea and hadn't thought about making my own. Now I want too. But I think it would be helpful to include a few more blends she recommends for medicinal use since that can be tricky to figure out or study which herbs do what. Or perhaps a download of a list of ingredients that can be mixed and for what they do. I'm kinda left to fend for myself and that's scary.
