Courtney demonstrates how to create a flower headband featuring custom-made felt flowers that pop. This piece is great for Halloween, Dia de los Muertos, Cinco de Mayo or any celebration that requires some bold, bright headwear.

  • 1 roll brightly colored ribbon (approximately 5 yards)
