Super easy to do and adds a lot of color. Supplies list is inexpensive and easy to find in almost any store.
I made these for a bachelorette party (photos to follow) but I did something really similar for my backyard wedding ten years ago. Can also use dyed coffee filters or unused sewing patterns for a neutral tone. So cute every time!
