Alcohol-based recipes include a grapefruit-ginger infused vodka, a cherry-vanilla-orange bourbon, coffee liqueur, and orange-fig bitters. For non-alcoholic options, recipes include a zippy preserved lemon, a no-fuss quick pickle, or a tart, sweet syrup called a shrub made from cranberries and pomegranates.
