I work in a retail bakery. Started taking cake decorating classes at Michael's Basically I just wanted to learn how to write on cakes to help our decorators out. Once I got started I loved all of it. I'm still not great but I'm pushing forward to learn as much as I can.. Hopefully enough to help out my co-workers and make some pretty cakes for family and friends!!
