This is such an easy and useful project! Sanae was clear and concise so beginners can make this with no problem. I've seen these made a couple of different ways. This by far is the most straightforward and efficient. You can make quite a few in one sitting with this method!

A nice quick project. I think the whole thing took maybe an hour. My husband asked me for a new heating bag since our magic bag caught fire in the microwave (I think the buckwheat groats inside finally got too dry after 10 years). I appreciate that she mentions switching out the contents every now and then. This is a nice length for wrapping around my hips for when the perimenopause aches hit. Thank you.
