Thank you Lindsey for the class. It was so helpful for the beginner's like me. I would like to make skin friendly soap for kids whose skin is very sensitive and tanning ,so would like to add skin friendly vegetables like cucumbers, avocado, aloe Vera , turmeric etc. Can i mix them directly from the raw vegetables with the base soap. Please suggest. I really apricate your help.

so this was great to watch, I have a question. I always measured the oils and lye and water to 120 degrees then mixed. Is this way where you add the lye water to the oils fool proof? or does it ever not work well like in the winter etc? Do you heat any of the oils that are solid first then add to the lye water?
