Here’s what you’ll need:
Materials:
- 1/4 yd. white/natural cotton fabric for front of the fish
- 1/4 yd. Patterned or solid colored cotton for back of the fish
- fabric paint in a variety of colors
- paint brushes
- scrap cardboard and masking tape
- fish shape template PDF
- pencil or fabric chalk
- fabric scissors
- hand sewing needle and thread
- 2-3 foot long 1/4" dowel
- U-shaped magnet
- string for fishing rod
- strong but small magnets for fish interior
- straight pins
- knitting needle or point turner
- fiber fill stuffing
- cup of water
