Here’s what you’ll need:
  • Medium-weight #4 yarn in 2 colors
  • US 7 (4.5 mm) straight knitting needles
  • Scissors
  • Tape measure
  • Stitch gauge
  • Yarn needle, for weaving in ends
  • US 7 (4.5 mm) crochet hook (or smaller), for fringe or fixing mistakes

In this class, Carla shows you how to work the purl stitch and knit back and forth in rows to create Stockinette Stitch fabric. You'll even learn how to pick up dropped stitches if you make a mistake, sew seams together, increase and decrease, and make a cute pompom.
