Knitwear designer Faith Hale demonstrates how baby knits are particularly rewarding (and cute!). Work with a washable, hand-dyed yarn to make three projects, arranged in order of difficulty: a triangular bandana, tall booties, and a hat with optional kitty ears. This contemporary layette is knit entirely in garter stitch and you'll learn to increase and decrease, pick up stitches, work yarn-over eyelets and knit an I-cord. - 1 pair or a 24” circular size 7 needle or size needed to obtain gauge (20 sts/40 rows = 4” square)
- Clear ruler for finding gauge
