Intro to Screen Printing: Tracing Paper Stencils
Working time: 3 hrs
beginner
Start screen printing with a simple stencil you cut from regular tracing paper. In this workshop, Hilary will explain and demonstrate the basics of screen printing. She’ll cover simple registration techniques so your image lands where you want it, how much ink to use and what consistency it should be, how to feel for the right pressure when you’re printing, and adding a second color to your prints. This is an easy way to start printing without any fancy equipment.
