Making hand rolled truffles at home is easy and yields professional results! - Tupperware for storage
- Melon baller or spoon

- 200 grams dark chocolate (un-tempered)
- 200 grams whipping cream
- 1 tablespoon corn syrup
- 25 grams butter
- Raspberries
- Metallic dusting powder
- Cocoa powder

It was a great class, but we need to avoid high fructose corn syrup; it is so bad for our health. Also, why not heat cream and chocolate on the stove rather than using the microwave and plastic, both of which are also bad for our health?

Thanks for your feedback, Noora. When filming in a studio and not a proper kitchen we sometimes have to make decisions based on efficiency, equipment availability, and time constraints. But I completely agree and appreciate you sharing healthier ways to approach this.
