I wish there were more classes like this one (Missy's class is similar)! I appreciate learning techniques and how to see and mix warm and cool colors. I put 3 stars instead of 5 because it was annoying when the camera cut and showed the reference when I still needed to watch Courtney's painting (and my paint was drying while I waited for it to cut back and show her painting). Also, I prefer the close-up shots of the painting to the far-away shots. It's easier to see the strokes.

Listening to Courtney explain how she's using color to add light and shadow to the subjects as she's painting has helped me make my paintings more dimensional. Looking forward to other classes.

I really loved this class and learned a lot! It's amazing how you can make almost any color from a few basic ones. One of my favorites from Creativebug.
