This was very informative. My only question that came up while I was watching was how to keep the icing from hardening while you’re waiting for everything to dry. For example, when you put a part of the walls of the house and you need to let them sit for an hour or so how do you keep the icing from getting hard before you need to continue. I love the creative way of mixing the gumdrops together and shaping them into windows.
