Since I was a little girl I have always loved making things and working with my hands. I started out primarily to be a watercolor artist but I also enjoy the fiber arts: felting, spinning art yarns, weaving, knitting and crochet. I was a featured artist in the Felt Evolution blog for my "Skyscape" series and I am part of an online book called "Stories of Trees" which includes pages from my watercolor journal that inspired the felted pieces. Although I have been a public school teacher for 28 years my first love is art and I hope one day to do art full time.
