Emma Schonenberg
Emma went to design school in her hometown of San Salvador in Central America. After graduating, she worked in advertising, apparel, and the decorative candle industries. She also has experience in USAID funded programs in El Salvador and Iraq; but discovered her true passion in a subject unknown in her country: Surface Pattern Design.
Through the years investing time traveling to shows, researching the industry & market, experimenting and growing her portfolio she has achieved lucrative sales and licensing contracts. Her designs can be seen on products ranging from party supplies to fabric, umbrellas, puzzles and wall art. It was monumental when she had the opportunity to see her signature kaleidoscope design style featured on the runway during Fashion Week NY on men’s swimwear. As of last year Emma signed a contract with Brenda Manley Designs and can now really focus on what she loves the most . . . creating!
