Scalloped Paper Globes
Beginner | 17 min
These bookish, scalloped globes add texture and charm to any gathering. They are simple to make and assemble, but Cathy offers tips and techniques to achieve an even look. Make several in varying sizes and hang in a cluster to imbue your next party with a festive literary look.
Here’s what you’ll need:
- Materials: 10” Diameter paper lantern – assembled according to package directions
- 2” Circle Punch (or size of your choice)
- Vintage book – about one 250 page book per ball is good (a paperback works well)
- OR paper of your choice – wrapping paper
- origami paper
- Craft glue
- Paper Scissors
- String to hang
