I loved this class. Great for beginners. I made this backpack to carry my little one's library books. I used canvas for the lining and upcycled jeans for the straps.

So this took my 9 year old about 8 hours to make. An entire day. My brain is absolute mush from supervising this, but they seem happy with the outcome. I wish that there has been some explanation of the why of some of the choices, like the gentle curve being simpler and easier both to turn and to sew than a more sharp curve like my kid did at the corners.
